Improved sleep

A great product! I'm 35 years old, and although I wasn't sure if I should take it at this age, I decided I needed it after reading positive reviews. I took it in the morning to slim down, and from the first capsule, I felt it working! After a week of use, I can finally sleep better. I had issues with sleep due to being a parent, which left me with sleepless nights and nerves. Now, thanks to this supplement, I sleep soundly. I still take only half a capsule as they are quite effective. I truly believe the effect is cumulative.
